will not allow ourselves to grow to the point where
we lose touch with each other and our client base. This

What also makes us unique is how well
we have weathered the boon and bust of the telecommunication
industry. It would be remiss to say that we haven't
been affected at all, but where other hosting companies,
both small and large, have been lost over the last three
years due to mergers and bankruptcies, we have continued
to grow.
Because we are in this business for
something more meaningful than monetary gain, we have
not succumbed to the same trap these other businesses
fell prey to.
We began doing business as a privately-owned
company, and we continue to be free to determine our
own destiny as a privately-owned company.
We are in this business because we love
what we do and would not trade our experience, our future,
nor our pride at knowing where we have come from and
where we are headed, all in the name of temporary financial
gain. We love what we do, and we are good at it.
This mindset also carries over into
our work environment. Our staff is truly a team of individuals
who have grown to love and respect each other both inside
and outside the office. This "team mentality"
is not something we embellish and tout as an human resources
or marketing tool. Rather, it is an every day reality
as we grow together as friends, celebrating each other
and such events as birthdays, anniversaries, weddings,
and births. Our employee retention rate is high due
to the love that exists - for each other, for our jobs,
and for our daily achievements. Our environment instills
a want and need to do our best for ourselves, and for
you.
The dedication and loyalty we have as
a company has allowed us to gain and apply an enormous
amount of experience and skill enabling us to offer
a product that is secure, reliable, fast, and cutting-edge.
Our knowledge is extensive and there is likely nothing
that we haven't been exposed to up to this point, which
