We do limit bandwidth usage for websites that try to take advantage of the term "unlimited" for their own gain, which causes degradation of the services we provide our other Webmasters.

A normal websites with static or dynamic web pages, CGI scripts, databases, etc. will easily fall with-in our definition of unlimited bandwidth; but in order to guarantee and ensure that we are providing the highest level of quality in our services to our Webmaster's and their hosting accounts - to protect the resources and loads on each server - to protect the loads and traffic on the network - and to protect our traffic over the internet backbones, the following are the exclusions from the "Unlimited Bandwidth" policy:

• Use of the hosting account as a repository for any kind of data not associated to the main website and/or for distribution of data not related to the main website. A good example of this would be warez files and warez websites.
• Use of the hosting account to offer adult content, mp3 downloads, or software downloads of software other than software that is produced by the owner of the website.
• Use of the hosting account as a repository for any kind of files that are not linked with-in the main website.
• Use of the hosting account to store web pages, files or data for other IP addresses or domain names that are off of our network.

Unsolicited bulk email messages and email-borne computer viruses are perhaps the most annoying aspects of email communication. Clogging Inboxes all over the Internet, Spam is an everpresent nuisance that takes valuable time to sift through in search of your legitimate messages. Viruses can be even more devastating, costing not only precious time in system cleanup or recovery, but also in irrecoverable data loss. In the Information Age where losing time or data is unacceptable, using proper tools as preventative measures can go a long way. Our very own SVFilter is one such tool that fits the bill, offering both Spam and Virus Filtration in one package.

To curb Spam, SVFilter employs a specially developed scoring system to accurately distinguish between legitimate messages and those that are Spam. Legitimate messages arrive in your Inbox as normal while but those SVFilter identifies as Spam are temporarily stored elsewhere for later retrieval or whitelisting should you so desire. The emailAdmin is an intuitive java-based tool, which allows email users at your domain, to perform simple administrative tasks on their own mail accounts. From a web browser, or from their own desktop - individual email users can log into emailAdmin, by using their email address username and password. Once in, they can modify their own email account password, edit and enable their own autoresponders, schedule autoresponders for activation over specified time intervals (e.g. for during vacations, business trips, etc.), and even set up their own email forwarding for their email box.

This handy tool gives added convenience to your Users, and they need not rely on the site administrator for these tasks. (The site Administrator can also perform these same tasks through netConsole.) Giving your users access to the emailAdmin frees the email server administrator from having to keep track of individual requests that can easily and more appropriately be handled by the individual users, themselves.

One of the most readily available access points for checking email when you are away from your desktop, is through a web-based interface. netMail takes that convenience to the next level by offering commonly used features found on most modern desktop email programs, and includes design and function cues with the mobile users' demands in mind.

Not only can you read and respond to your email from any web-enabled computer or terminal, you can also organize your email messages and contacts as you normally would on your desktop. netMail's Vcard support also allows you to keep your netMail and your desktop email Programs address books in sync, making your Address Book accessible no matter where you check your email from. IMAP Users - you should know that netMail is a fully functional IMAP email client, so any IMAP folders you create in your IMAP-enabled desktop email program, can be manipulated and viewed in netMail, and vice versa.
